It is the Board of Fire
Commissioners intention
to award the contracts to the
lowest qualified bidder who
can meet the experience,
technical and budget
requirements. The Board
of Fire Commissioners
reserves the right to reject
any or all bids, waive and
informality and to accept

opinion of the Board of
Fire Commissioners, is in
the best interests of the
District.
Bids include all costs

project. By submitting a
bid, the bidder represents
that they are familiar
